Shipping policy

PS Ground

  • We use our account # and charge the cost of shipping on the final invoice

  • All deliveries require a signature to avoid theft of package

 

Customer FedEx/UPS

  • Customer to provide FedEx or UPS prepaid labels

  • *Labels that do not include a required signature will not be covered.*

  • *For FedEx/UPS we may repack items into a larger box to keep costs down. If we repack, a $3.50 per box fee added to your final invoice. We will only do this if it is most cost effective for you.

 

Local Trucking

 

  • Pallet deliveries serving Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County,  and San Bernardino County.

 

Less Than Truckload (LTL)

  • Pallet deliveries servicing the US, outside of the local trucking area.

  • We do not ship outside the US.

 

Pickup at Huntington Beach Warehouse (When Available)

  • You can pick up your order at our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse.

  • We will advise freight ready date and provide you with a pickup #.

  • All pickups require an appointment.

 

Amazon LTL

  • Carton labels must be submitted prior to fulfillment of your order. Format: Thermal Printing - 1 label per page.

  • Once order is labeled and shrink wrapped, we will provide dimensions and weight.

  • Customer then sends back pallet labels and BOL.

  • A $5 pallet fee will be added to your cost to cover the cost of purchasing pallets.

 

Amazon SPD

  • When shipping ground we try to consolidate your order into larger cartons.

  • Cartons will not exceed 25 inches on any side and will not exceed 49lbs.

  • $3.50 per carton fee applies to cover the cost of cartons.

  • When order is complete, we will send you dimensions and weights, then you can send us the box labels. Format: Thermal Printing - 1 label per page.
